If physical products are sold to consumers, the buyer may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The withdrawal period starts when the customer receives the product.

 

However, the right of withdrawal does not normally apply to donations or membership fees, as these are voluntary contributions rather than purchases.

Refunds will normally be processed using the same payment method used for the transaction.
